I know exactly how it feels to buy your first home—because I’ve been there. In 2003, as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in the aviation industry, I bought my very first property in the GTA. The excitement quickly turned into stress: endless searching, confusing mortgage options, and the pressure of making the “right” choice. That experience lit a fire in me. I wanted to make sure no first-time home buyer would ever feel alone or unprepared the way I did.

That’s why I transitioned into real estate and mortgage financing. By 2007 I earned my Mortgage Agent license, and by 2009 I became a Mortgage Broker and Office Manager at VF Mortgage Brokerage—helping hundreds of clients secure the right mortgage product. In 2012, I became a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX ACE, blending my financing expertise with real estate strategy to guide clients from pre-approval to closing with total confidence.
